Company “Ultra L.t.d” has been founded on the territory of Ukraine in 1996.

From the very beginning “Ultra-Jeans ltd” has started to manage successfullyin the field of retail.At the beginning our business was has been mainly concentrated operating in Odessa. Our business started to grow and to develop.In the 6 first months of the year 2000 our business began to extend with opening two mono-brand boutiques of exclusive men’ wear :“Pierre Cardin” and ”(Cacharel)”. Those have been opened in the main trade center of Ukraine –“Globus”-, in the capital Kiev.

In the year 2001 we opened a summer night club in Odessa right on the beach, named “Ibiza”(www.ibiza.ua) , which has been prospering for 10 seasons and has been awarded “The Best Summer Night Club” in last 6 years

Another way of expending our business, has been the opening in 2002 of a fitness-club “Maximus”( www.maximus.com.ua) in Odessa, which even now, after 10 years of its existence remains the market leader in that sector.

In 2005 “Ultra L.t.d.” founded another company inside “Ultra group”- “Ultra-Jeans L.t.d” mainly focused on the creation and development of retail and wholesale business of jeanswear under well-known trade mark Levi's®. Since the year 2005 “Ultra-Jins L.t.d.” has become the official distributor of the Levi's® brand in Ukraine. During the first year of its existence “Ultra-Jeans L.t.d.” opened 6 own stores In Kiev, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Doneck, 5 dealers’ monobrand stores and 3 multibrand stores all over the country. In 2006 “Ultra-Jeans L.t.d.” received exclusive distribution rights for the Levi's® brand in Ukraine.

Today “Ultra-Jeans L.t.d.’ owns and operates 32 Levi's® stores in : 8 stores in Kiev, 4 stores in Odessa, 3 in Dnepropetrovsk, 2 in Doneck, in Kharkov, Lvov, Vinnica, Krivoi Rog, Zaporoj’e, Sevastopol,Simferopol as well as in Chernovcu, Nikolaev, Rovno, Kherson, Ivano-Frankovsk , Poltava and Sumi. Products under trade brand Levi's® can be found as well in multibrand stores in Mariypol, Jitomir, Zaporoj’e, Lygansk,Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankovsk and Nikolaev.

World wide trade brand Levi's® reasonably embodies classics of jeanswear. It is not only long-term history of the company , it’s not just the first jeans in the world, patented in 1853 in the USA, it is trade mark which is constantly on development using the latest know how, producing new clothes lines and always pleasing its customers. For the creating of the most successful lines and novelties Levi's® brand collaborates with well-known designers, singers and fashion houses such as Stephan Sagmaister, Damien Hirst, Shepard Feirey, french fashion house Jean-Paul Gautier…

In 2008 Ultra-Jeans Ltd started new partnership on basic of exclusivity with world-wide Italian shoe brand “Baldinini”, the first luxury boutique “Baldinini” had been opened in Odessa,in February 2008. The same year,in Summer 2008 company Ultra-Jeans ltd opened two more “Baldinini” boutiques in Kiev( Trade center «Karavan») and in Doneck (trade center «Doneck City»). In 2009 –new opening in Kiev – trade center «Globus».2010:the opening of boutique "Pierre Cardin" in Lvov.In 2011 –new opening multibrand boutique "Baldinini&Fabi" in Kiev – trade center «Promenada» Today,company Ultra-Jeans ltd is guiding 6 monobrand boutiques “Baldinini”, which are successfullyworking,as well as 8 monobrand boutiques "Lagerfeld", 3 monobrand boutiques "Pierre Cardin" and 3 totally new opening monobrand shoe boutiques of famous Italian shoe brand Fabi.
